NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENT OF IMPACT FEES
FOR ROADS, WATER, WASTEWATER, AND DRAINAGE FACILITIES
The City Council of the City of Cibolo will convene a public hearing to consider the amendment of land use assumptions, capital improvement plans, and the imposition of an impact fee for roads, water, wastewater, and drainage facilities on August 24, 2021, at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall located at 200 South Main Street, Cibolo, Texas.
Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the update of the Land Use Assumptions, proposed Capital Improvements Plans, and/or the suggested Impact Fee updates.
