City Hall will be closed due to unexpected repairs starting Wednesday, July 14th. Based upon results of air samples, the air quality was deemed unhealthy in the council chambers and other rooms. As a precaution all municipal services at City Hall will be relocated until further notice. We will resume services tomorrow (July 14th) at 10:00am. The late opening will allow our staff members to relocate.
Meetings for the week of July 12th- City Council and Planning and Zoning will be moving to the Noble Group Event Center. The Economic Development Corporation Meeting will be relocated to Fire Station No. 2.
Utility Billing - We encourage residents to use our online system. If you need in person service, one staff member will be located at Fire Station No. 1 (204 W. Loop 539, Cibolo, TX 78108). For assistance over the phone, please call (210) 658-9900.
Planning and Engineering - We encourage residents who need assistance with permits, plans, and inspections to use our website and online MyGov Portal. If you need to drop off paper plans for a project, please use the provided bin in the lobby. If you have further questions, call the permits office at (210) 619-0054. The new location for plans to be received will be at the Cibolo Police Department (162 Loop 539 E., Cibolo, TX 78108). If you need to pick up a permit or pay any inspection or permits fees, please let the police department lobby staff know and a staff member will assist you.
Court - The court scheduled for Wednesday; July 13th will be held via Zoom. All payments need to be submitted online.
