I-35 Lane Closures

We have a lane closure to inform you about.

Beginning Sunday night, May 9th, 2021, and continuing for at least the next two weeks, a contractor will be milling and inlaying hot mix on the main lanes of I-35 from Schwab Rd to FM 2252.  They will begin Sunday night and head south.   When the southbound lanes are complete, they will turn around and head north.  The contractor will be closing alternating main lanes of I-35 to perform this work.  There will be lane(s) open to through traffic during this paving operation.

The closures will begin nightly starting at 9:00 pm until 5:00 am.  Law enforcement will be present.

All work is weather permitting.  Please be aware that we cannot account for equipment breakdowns.  We strive to perform work within the time frame of the lane closure, however, unforeseeable situations can pop up.
