The Cibolo Economic Development Corporation (“CEDC”) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") from professional engineering firms, planning firms, urban design firms and individuals to perform the task of assisting the CEDC in master planning a CEDC-owned parcel of land ("Property"). The property is approximately 16.217 acres located at 590 W FM 78 in Cibolo, Texas. This master plan will provide the CEDC with ideas/concepts that will aim to maximize the property for future commercial development within the City of Cibolo.
The CEDC is seeking firms or individuals to respond to this RFQ (“Respondents”) who have the requisite experience to perform the basic services described in this RFQ themselves or conjunction with members of their firm, and without requiring or relying upon other firms to provide the necessary expertise.
In accepting SOQs, the CEDC reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs, waive formalities and reasonable irregularities in submitted documents, and waive any requirements in order to take the action it deems to be in the best interest of the Cibolo Economic Development Corporation.
