About SeeClickFix Cibolo

The City of Cibolo has partnered with SeeClickFix to offer residents a fast and easy way to report non-emergency issues. It’s called SeeClickFix Cibolo. Common issues that may be reported using SeeClickFix Cibolo include potholes, stray animals, maintenance requests, and more! How to Report

Submitting info from your computer

Select one of the categories listed below. Enter the location of the issue (address). There is an option to add a photo or video. Provide as much detailed information as possible about the issue in the description. Follow the prompts and do not forget to “submit” your report when it is complete.

Submitting from your phone

With the SeeClickFix mobile app, you can report non-emergency issues to the City of Cibolo on-the-go, directly from your smartphone. It is free to download on your iOS or Android device.

How it works

After submitting a report using the online web form or the app, your report will be forwarded to the appropriate City department for resolution. You may check the status of your report on the website, or you have the option to receive email alerts.

SeeClickFix Cibolo is a limited public online forum for reporting issues. The display name you select will be used by SeeClickFix when other citizens view service requests that have been entered in their neighborhood. Your email address is never publicly displayed.

SeeClickFix Cibolo is not monitored 24/7, so any issues related to public safety should be reported to the Schertz Dispatch Center Non-emergency Phone at 210-619-1274. Always call 911 during an emergency.

Submit a Request

Instructions on reporting an issue:

  1. Select a service request Category from the menu choices below that best match your issue.
  2. Type in the address/location of the service request or drag the map marker to the location of your issue.
  3. Click Confirm Location.
  4. Attach an Image if possible and click Next Step.
  5. Add a detailed description and Confirm Details.
  6. Choose to Submit as yourself, Hide your Identity or Submit as a guest if applicable.
  7. Submit your request.
