Unified Development Code (UDC) Committee


Meetings
This Committee meets at least once every six months. For dates and times visit Agendas & Minutes

Membership
Committee members shall be qualified voters of the City of Cibolo and to the extent reasonable shall be engineers, architects and similar land development specialists. Members shall be appointed to serve a 1 year term. The committee is to be composed of 7 regular members comprised of -two members from the Planning and Zoning Commission, one member from the Economic Development Corporation and the four remaining members shall be residents chosen by the City Council. 

Two duly elected City Council members shall be appointed to serve as ad hoc members. The committee has the following Officer positions: Chairman and Vice-Chairman.

Purpose
To act in an advisory capacity to the City Council on improving the City's Development and Construction Standards, in setting priorities to ensure that the most pressing Development needs of the City are addressed first, and act in an advisory to the Council and P&Z Commission regarding the policy considerations to be made in revising all other provisions in the City's Unified Development.
