A new way to service our vendors!

     

In partnership with Bonfire, the City of Cibolo Finance Department is now offering a FREE e-bidding and vendor registration system, allowing vendors to receive email notification on bidding opportunities and to allow for submission of bids and proposals electronically based upon selected NIGP Commodity Codes.

Vendors are asked to register on the Bonfire portal to create their free profile and immediately have access to download solicitations.  Click HERE to register now!

Registration is absolutely FREE and will only take a few moments.  Select at least one, or more, commodity codes.

What are the benefits of E-bidding?

• Automatically receive notifications by email of posted bids and addendums.
